The HR Information Systems and Information Technology (HRIS/IT) Group supports the mission of University Human Resources (UHR) by providing computer technologies that enhance customer service and improve internal processes. The group develops and maintains applications that facilitate the core functions of the department and implements a comprehensive security infrastructure to protect the department's sensitive data and information technology assets.

Submit a UHR Data Request
To initiate a request for UHR data, please visit the HR Portal to fill out a request form.
Absence Reporting System Assistance
Please visit the HR Portal to submit a request for assistance with ARS year-end processing or general support with the Rutgers Absence Reporting System.
Human Capital Management (HCM)
The HCM team implements department initiated employee transactions in university systems from onboarding a new team member through their last paycheck upon retirement.
Request Access to UHR Systems
The UHR Systems Request page provides access to HR/Payroll Systems such as PeopleSoft HCM, Absence Reporting System (ARS), Guardian I-9, and ROCS as well as making departmental name, location and reporting changes via the Department Maintenance Request.
